DESCRIPTION:Center\, breathe\, move and support one another with babies present\, focus on easing tension and restoring alignment.\n\n\nInstructor: Leonora Willis\, Perinatal Yoga Instructor\, Birthworker and Lactation Specialist \nThis class is designed to assist new parents with recovery after birth\, provide a supportive community-centered environment\, and an awareness of self-care. With their babies present\, parents can focus on easing tensions\, restoring alignment in the body\, creating energy and re-strengthening the core. After a brief check-in\, we’ll center\, breathe\, move and support one another. Modifications and suggestions for yoga props will be offered\, and specific care needs during the postural movement portion of the class.
